A : 미스터 김이세요? 난 Kakao에 Nana입니다. 나흘 후에 전화 달라하셨지요?

B : 네, 당신의 전화를 기다리고 있었어요. 사실, 제가 막 전화하려고 했는데. 우리는 계약조건에 대해서 합의하기로 결정했어요. 높은 계약금을 포함해서요.

A : 참 잘됐어요.

B : 저희 쪽에서 계약서와 함께 당신이 검토했으면 하는 다른 문서들 몇 장을 보낼게요.

 

A : Mr. Kim? This is Nana of Kakao. Did you ask me to give you a call in 4 days?

B :  Yes, I've been expecting your call. Actually, I was about to call you. We have decided to agree with the terms of the contract. Including the higher deposit.

A : That's wonderful.

B : I'll send over the contract plus a few other documents we would like you to go over.

 

A : 축하해. 당신이 거래 마무리했다고 탐한테 들었어.

B : 아직은 아니야. 김 씨가 계약서에 사인하기 전에 모든 서류들을 다시 검토해보려 해.

A : 좋은 생각이네요.

B : 사실 제가 벌써 모든 단어들을 샅샅이 검토해보긴 했어. 하지만 모든 것들이 잘 성사되게 확실히 처리하고 싶어서.

 

A : Congratulations. I heard from Tom you finalized the deal.

B :  Not just yet. I'm going to go over all the documents once again before I have Mr. Kim sign the contract.

A : That's good idea.

B : Actually, I've already gone through every word with a fine-tooth comb, but I just want to make absolutely sure everything's okay.
