Q. What makes you get frustrated these days?
For me, all that makes me get frustrated is only family-in-law issues. It's been almost 10 years since I got married. Still, I'm reluctant to see my parents-in-law. They are nice to me now, but they were not at first. All I remember at the beginning of my marriage was suffering and bullying from them. They didn't treat me as a member of their family. Back then, I was hurt so much. So, I still feel frustrated, coming to think of my in-laws. That's why I often relieve stress from my in-laws by getting angry with my husband.

Q. What makes you upset?
When my son refuses to follow my words, I get upset. As he gets older, he starts to fly in the face of everything I had him do. I think the vicious puberty is coming to him.

Q. What types of friends make you frustrated?
I have this friend. She was the one who I first met at university. We soon became close. And we got to live together to save on rent. But, it turned out she was the kind of person who liked to manipulate her friends and family in the way she wanted. Not long after I felt stuffy with her and left her. Now that I think of it, that's what "gaslighting" is.
