A: 오늘 아침 주문한 프린터 배송 날짜를 확인하려고 전화 드렸습니다.

B: 안녕하세요. 저는  Stanley Smith입니다. 안타깝게도 저희 일정이 밀려서요. 합의한 배송 날짜를 변경해야 할 것 같아요.

A: 하지만 가능한 빨리 프린터를 받아야 할 정도로 긴급한 상황 이라서요.

B: 정말 죄송합니다. 저희 측에 예상치 못한 문제가 생겨서요. 아무리 늦어도 주말까지 프린터를 배달하도록 하겠습니다.

 

A: I'm calling to confirm the delivery date of the printer I ordered this morning.

B: Hello, this is Stanley Smith. Unfortunately, we're behind schedule and we need to change the delivery date we agreed on. 

A: But, it is urgent that we get the printer as soon as possible. 

B: I'm really sorry. It's just that we had an unexpected problem. We'll be sure to deliver the printer by the weekend at the latest.
