B : 안녕하세요. 저는 Stanley Smith입니다. 안타깝게도 저희 일정이 밀려서요. 합의한 배송 날짜를 변경해야 할 것 같아요.

A : 하지만 가능한 빨리 프린터를 받아야 할 정도로 긴급한 상황이라서요.

B : 정말 죄송합니다. 저희 측에 예상치 못한 문제가 생겨서요. 아무리 늦어도 주말까지는 프린터를 배달하도록 할게요.

 

A : This is Danielle Perez. I'm calling to confirm the delivery date of the printer I ordered this morning.

B : Hello.This is Stanley smith. Unfortunately, we're behind schedule, and we need to change the delivery date we agreed on. 

A : But, it is urgent that we get the printer as soon as possilble.

B : I'm really sorry. It is just that we had an unexpected problem. We'll be sure to deliver the printer by the weekend at the latest.
