B : 직원들에게 인센티브를 더 제공하는 것이 어때요?

A : 사실은 인사부 담당자와 종합적인 복지혜택에 대해서 의논해보려고 생각중이었어요.

B : 그거 괜찮은 데요. 그동안 우리는 감사를 표시하기 위해 다음 주에 축하 만찬을 주최하면 되겠군요.

 

A : The company's been doing really well. We have some very gifted and aggressive people at Net Technologies.

B : How about offering more incentives to the employees?

A : Actually I was thinking of sitting down with the HRD manager to work out a more comprehensive benefits package. 

B : That sounds good. Meanwhile we can hold a celebration dinner next week to show our appreciation.
