Q. If you could move abroad, where would you like to go?

I would like to go to Canada. I'm sure that Canada is the dream place of many koreans. Basically, it has a nice environment and it is not as crowd as Seoul. I think people are nice to us and there aren't so many racists in Cananda compared to US and other countries. I'm planning to live in Canada after my retirement. To come true my dream, I should save money and earn more than now. 

Q. What are you planning to do in five years?

I'm planning to buy some houses for investment in five years. I'm studying how to invest in real estate. I realized the best way to be rich is from the inverstment of real estate in Korea. We has a unique system in real estate that cannot be seen in other countries. It's a kind of rental system. But, there is difference in the way you pay. you don't have pay a monthly fee. The tenant provides a certain big money to the owner when moving in, and two years later, the tenant gets the money back and leaves a house. No one around me makes a lot of money from stocks. But, I often see rich people from real estate. These days, the price of real estate is going down. I think it is time to get cheaper houses.
