나는 보통 잠들기까지 시간이 엄청 오래 걸려요. 근데, 그게 거의 스마트폰 때문이에요. 잠들기 직전까지 스마트폰을 보는 경우가 많거든요. 대단한 걸 하는 것도 아니에요. 거의 인터넷 서핑을 하는 거죠. 물론 어떤 때는 여행 계획하고 있다거나 그러면 온라인으로 정보를 찾고 그럴 때도 있는데 대부분의 경우는 그냥 스마트폰에서 눈을 못 떼는 거예요.

 

It usually takes a really long time until I can fall asleep. But, it's mostly because of my smartphone. A lot of time, I'm looking at my phone right up until I fall asleep. I'm not doing anything important. Most of the time I'm just web browsing. Of course, in some cases, if I'm planning for a trip or something I might be looking for some information online. But in most cases, I just have a hard time I'm staying away from my phone.
